CARNE & SPIRITO: A NEW HISTORY OF TASTE, THE SAME PHILOSOPHY OF QUALITY

How we have become a theme restaurant that celebrates the union of meat and love.

Carne & Spirito comes from many years of experience of the Restaurant Hotel Noce, the only hotel restaurant appreciated by all major food guides.

The Restaurant Hotel Noce was founded in 1987, when the family Pedroni took over an old restaurant with an adjoining bowling green.

In 1990 the building was completely rebuilt and expanded, and the restaurant-trattoria completed the offer of the Hotel with a simple and genuine cuisine and a family management. In 2000, the management passed to his son, the chef Paride Pedroni, who surrounded himself with a selected staff, but continued to offer its impeccable service, flawless as ever. To evolve has been the food and wine offer: a creative cuisine that also enhances the typical dishes of the area of ​​Brescia. A la carte menu, refined and delicious, with courses characterized by the absolute quality of the raw material, such as Fiorentina Premium Black Angus Filet of Fassona Piedmont and Sicilian Shellfishes.

In 2011 the turning point. The time is right to extend an excellent food and wine offer to a wider audience than the narrow circle of the gourmet, with proposals accessible to all budgets, with three tempting tasting menu at a fixed price and a wide selection of wines by the glass.

The love for the meat provides the inspiration for "Carne & Spirito" (new name of the Hotel Restaurant Noce) which summarizes the new mission of the place: make you fall in love with the taste, for good.
